Leticia van Riel Your mentor and host
Leticia van Riel is the owner of LvR Management, where she currently manages the careers of artists ANNA, Sama’ Abdulhadi and Victor Ruiz. With 17 years of experience in the industry she has also worked with Richie Hawtin, Mark Knight, UMEK, Wehbba, Pig&Dan to name a few.
Leticia has created the LvR Mentoring Program for Artists where she uses her extensive industry knowledge and expertise. She mentors and guides upcoming DJs on how to get their music signed to labels, increase their visibility, reach out to promoters, get gigs, network and everything an artist needs to know to go from being a bedroom DJ to becoming a headliner.
Jessica Tribst Your mentor and co-host
Jessica Tribst, co-creator of LvR Mentoring, brings 16 years of experience in the music industry, including eight successful years as a DJ.
Throughout her career, Jessica has worked in logistics, tour management, event production, and project management. Currently, she manages Victor Ruiz. She has also collaborated with renowned brands such as Tomorrowland and Lollapalooza, as well as artists like Eminem, Martin Garrix, Steve Aoki, and Oliver Heldens. She contributes to the LvR Mentoring Program for Artists by sharing her valuable artist perspective, drawing from her own experiences, including the lessons she has learned and the changes she would make if she were starting her DJ career today.
