Leticia van Riel is the owner of LvR Management where she currently manages the careers of techno artist ANNA, Sama’ Abdulhadi, Victor Ruis, and Wehbba. Originally from Brazil, she’s been working in the electronic music industry for the past 16 years. After earning a Masters in Events Marketing, she began her career at MN2S Agency in London, then moved on to IMD Agency where she started working with ANNA, discovered her passion for techno, and became her manager. She then moved to Safehouse Management as an agent for Mark Knight and UMEK, relocated to Spain to work for B4 Bookings, and in 2018, she decided to focus solely on management and founded LvR Management.

After developing two successful Masterclasses, The Anaweh Studio Masterclass and Victor Ruiz’s Victor Ruiz Masterclass, teaching producers how to perfect their craft, Leticia created the LvR Mentoring Program for Artists. Drawing from her knowledge and experience she acquired in the industry, she teaches and guides up-and-coming DJs with all they need to know about the electronic music industry.

Jessica Tribst has been working in the music industry for the past 15 years. Also originally from Brazil, she discovered her passion for raving at a young age, leading her to earn a degree in Events Management and a Post-graduation in Marketing. Her journey in the electronic music business has included roles such as assistant, logistics, tour manager, event producer, and project manager working for brands such as Tomorrowland, Lollapalooza, Ultra Music Festival, and SoundCloud. She has also worked with artists Eminem, Martin Garrix, Steve Aoki, and Oliver Heldens.

In 2011, she started a successful 8-year stint as a DJ and producer, playing the main clubs in Brazil with artists Solomun and The Martinez Brothers and touring internationally. In 2019, Jessica quit her career as an artist, moved to Barcelona, and started working at LvR Management where she became Victor Ruiz’s manager and co-produced the Anaweh Studio Masterclass and the Victor Ruiz Masterclass. In 2021, inspired by her 8-year career as an artist, she co-created the LvR Mentoring Program for Artists where she shares the knowledge that she acquired as a DJ and producer. With the advantage of hindsight, Jessica’s passion is to share with up-and-coming artists all of the things she has learned and what she would do differently in her career if she had the knowledge that she now does.
